The internet loves a highlight reel, a perfectly timed photo, a beautifully staged moment… Pretty much, the polished version of someone’s life. But most of my life actually happens somewhere in the middle of the ordinary things like school drop-offs, extra cups of coffee, laundry piles, editing videos at the kitchen counter, and trying to squeeze in a moment of quiet or a little movement for myself. Motherhood. Work. Wellness. Growth. Repeat. Authenticity matters to me because I know how easy it is to scroll and start believing that everyone else’s life is somehow smoother, prettier, more figured out than your own. But, the truth is, most of us are living in the in-between moments… that messy middle of becoming who we’re meant to be. So while I’ll always appreciate the beautiful moments, I care a lot more about sharing the real ones. Reminder: this is NOT the highlight reel.
