This Saturday I will be taking one last “Plunge” in the ocean to raise money for Pete Frates and his family. I grew up with Pete and played on many teams with him over the years. Even though he went on to be a star baseball player he was pretty good at lacrosse in middle school. Pete’s story is truly inspiring and one that we can all learn from. When I first started at Saint Anselm I spoke to the team about Pete. When faced with extreme adversity and an ALS diagnosis, he chose to fight, stay positive and ultimately change the world!
