We had an absolute blast hosting the first-ever NACUFS Engage: Midwest! From our culinary competition at South Quad Dining Hall, where our very own Chef Justin Lucas took home gold, to tours of our retail locations, dining halls, and the Maize & Blue Cupboard, plus informational sessions at the Michigan Union, including Mental Health First Aid with Amanda Ewing and our Leadership Panel with Susan Cramer, the event was an incredible showcase of everything Michigan Dining has to offer.
It was so exciting to share not just our food and facilities, but also the knowledge, passion, and expertise of our team members. Students, chefs, and leadership came together to connect, learn, and celebrate the work we do every day to support our Wolverines.
