LIONS GROUND EAGLES ON THE ROAD: The jserra.girlslax team produced a successful road venture on Thursday, as the Lions defeated the El Segundo Eagles 15-5 in a nonleague game at El Segundo High School in El Segundo. The Lions have now won three straight games and improve to 8-3 overall. Senior Kate Berkus recorded a team-high eight goals and added two assists. Junior Viv Devir added four goals and a team-best three assists. Seniors Hannah Quinn and Ava Wensley each scored a goal and recorded an assist.
