🥬 INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 head napa cabbage (leaves separated), I used 12 leaves
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt + black pepper to taste
- Optional: 1–2 tsp gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
