At Morgan State University, students speak honestly about how their peers think God views sex and relationships. For many, it’s wrapped in shame, confusion, or silence — seen either as something strictly sinful or as something completely subjective. Others point out that no one ever really explains why boundaries exist, while culture loudly normalizes sex as transactional or disconnected from commitment. What comes through most is uncertainty: wanting clarity, not condemnation. Wanting truth, not silence.
