I always go back to the ocean. Each time I visit, it asks for a different response from me. And on this occasion, it was asking for my patience. I was in the water for several hours, during which time I had little movement. The light changed gradually and the current drifted past, inching me along. Eventually, all activity had ceased entirely and then I spotted it: a green sea turtle gliding below. The warmth of the French Polynesian sun illuminated its shell against the backdrop of endless blue and it almost seemed to glow like an emerald. The ocean can be chaotic, but there will always be times when it is perfectly calm. Using sonyalpha cameras gives me the opportunity to remain within the stillness. I have faith in the equipment to allow me to let go of anticipation of the next moment, allowing me to stay fully in the present. #sonyambassador
