Today, I spoke to the faculty & staff at the Triway Local Schools District. I facilitated a training session on relationship building and identifying how to engage with students, in unique ways. A room full of people that come from different backgrounds and eras, that have their own styles of teaching, but had one common goal; finding ways to help their students!
