Throwing hard once doesn’t matter. Holding velocity every outing does. When Francisco Castro came to VeloU remotely in January 2025, he was already mid to upper 80s. The issue wasn’t peak velocity. It was range. One day he’d sit 87 to 88. The next, he’d dip. The focus was simple: raise the floor. From video review, we saw he was drifting forward too early.
