Nvidia’s GTC keynote isn’t just about showing a new chip. It could reveal the next phase of the AI boom. The company is preparing to transition from its Blackwell platform to a new architecture called Vera Rubin. Rubin is expected to use a 1.6nm chip process and next-generation HBM4 memory, designed for what Nvidia calls “agentic AI.” That means AI systems capable of acting autonomously instead of just generating text or images. But the shift also creates a big question. If Nvidia moves too fast, it could make the Blackwell AI clusters companies are installing today obsolete sooner than expected. Heading into the keynote, 38 out of 39 analysts rate Nvidia a Buy, with some models implying over 50% upside. So the real question at GTC isn’t just about the hardware. It’s whether Nvidia can convince investors that the next AI upgrade cycle is already here. #nvidia #ai #semiconductors #aichips #gtc
