SAKURA MOJITO 🌸⇩ The first day of spring has never looked (and tasted!) better 🤩 Marrying our Indigo Gin with a fragrant sakura syrup, this mojito twist by foodie_renee is the perfect ode to the beautiful blossoms in bloom 💐 Mix along with the recipe below! 👇 SAKURA MOJITO 🌿 ・2 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin ・½ oz Sakura Syrup (we love using drinkyourflowers) ・½ tbsp Cane Sugar ・5 Fresh Mint Leaves ・3 Lime Wedges ・Soda Water, to top ・Cherry Blossoms, to garnish METHOD: Place mint leaves, lime and sugar into a glass. Use a muddler and crush to release mint oils and lime juice. Fill the glass almost to the top with ice. Pour in Empress 1908 Indigo Gin and sakura syrup. Fill the glass with soda water nearly to the top. Garnish with mint and cherry blossoms, enjoy!
