The genuine opaline finish dial of the Brunswick 40 is coated in 99.9% pure silver to give a bright white look to the Silver model. It can appear quite subtle, but when the light is just right, it makes checking the time a pure joy. The central lower section of the dial is finished with micro-guilloché. Concentric rings are cut into the dial’s surface using a CNC machine. These delicate ‘rills’ are so fine, like a record’s grooves, that they appear invisible to the naked eye yet catch the light giving a beautiful subtle sunburst finish.
