Kevin Spacey has reached an out-of-court settlement with three men who accused him of s*xual assault, avoiding a civil trial that had been scheduled at London’s High Court for later this year. The claims related to alleged incidents between 2000 and 2013, during his time as artistic director of the Old Vic theatre in London. As part of the agreement, the cases have been formally stayed, ending the legal proceedings in this instance.
