Even a minute or two too long in the oven can make them dry, which in turn makes them crumbly and mutes the flavor. ✅Solution: Pull them before they look “done”, when the edges are set but the centers are hovering on underdone, then let them finish baking on the baking sheet as they cool. ❌Problem: Too much flour!
