A lot of fun, hard work and delicious! ✨Simply mix 100g 00 Flour and one egg. ✨Knead it until smooth and soft. ✨Wrap in cling film and rest for 30 mins. ✨Roll and cut into shapes. I watched tutorials on how to make the different shapes. ✨Boil until it floats and then add sauces/ accompaniments. Top tips: 🍝 Resting time is essential so you can work with your dough. 🍝 The thinner the pasta dough the better.
