I personally flew into PSA HQ and worked with them to get this mythical Raichu graded! In 1999 there was only a max of 11 Prerelease Raichu’s handed out to WOTC executives after a mistake happened in stamping the Raichu next to the Prerelease Clefable on the same UncutSheet. After 27 years I happened to find the fourth one that has ever been surfaced raw in the wild. A lot more to this story is coming out soon via a documentary on my YouTube in the coming weeks!
