And one of our favorites is bark_barbecue which just so happens to serve up delicious Dominican flavors cooked with Texas BBQ techniques. 🇩🇴 Ruben Santana started distributing his delicious smoked meats out of his backyard during the 2020 pandemic and Bark Barbeque was born. Now, they are a #SmorgasburgWTC staple and even more recently, opened their own brick-and-mortar in Brooklyn.
