Today is the last day of our Asian American and Pacific Islander Month @smorgasburg vendor highlight. We’re highlighting @destinationdumplings who also happen to be new to the World Trade Center Smorgasburg this season. The founders – Chef Tristan Chin-Fatt and Deon Whiskey hail from Flushing, Queens. They feel that the culturally diverse community in Queens, along with Chef Chin-Fatt’s Chinese and Jamaican heritage, have allowed them to tap into a variety of flavors when it comes to their dishes. You can find them at Smorgasburg as well as several other pop-up events throughout the city.
