Chef Nick Di Bona was raised in a traditional Italian home and the importance of flavor and fresh ingredients was instilled in him at a very young age. In 2013, his ice cream won @foodnetwork’s cooking show “Chopped”. Now Bona Bona Ice Cream is known for their unique presentation. Summer may be ending but #WTCSmorgasburg continues on Fulton Street every Friday from 11am - 7pm.
