The Burger Supreme Burger is a classic, griddle-steamed Fleischer’s beef patty made with a squirt of “onion pickle water” before the flip and topped with white American cheese, mustard special sauce, all on a Martin’s potato roll. This is the staple dish from this Atlantic boardwalk-style burger stand by Mark Andrew Gravel. Gravel is an NYU graduate with an extensive culinary history including several food-based projects and his book "Kill the Recipe."
