Chef Di Bona was raised in a traditional Italian home and the importance of flavor was the core to all his cooking. His ice cream won foodnetwork’scooking show "Chopped". After his win, he opened his own restaurant called Madison Kitchen. But he decided to get back to focusing on his ice cream. Now Bona Bona Ice Cream is known for their delicious and unique ice cream flavors and presentation.
