The way I had myself allll wrong for years :) For those wondering, “CompHet” stands for compulsory heterosexuality—it’s the idea that heterosexuality is often assumed by and for ourselves, as well as by and for others, due to the heteronormative nature/pressures our society. Even as an LGBTQ+ empowerment coach, I still continue to unpack my own comphet!
