Strength without structure doesn’t transfer.
Luke has always been power-driven, but this offseason was about aligning measurable strength with what already showed up on the mound.
Early phases emphasized shoulder upward rotation and thoracic mobility to improve loading positions. From there, lifting intensity progressed with clear intent and constraint.
The result was measurable improvement in both peak power and peak force, without sacrificing movement freedom.
5,100W to 5,600W.
2,800N to 3,200N.
The goal isn’t the graphic. It’s durable output when the season demands more.
