DEPRESSION This is something we can't really articulate and/or even realize that we're going through it, or have been through it. No one really wants to talk about it anymore. We think this is the norm and that it will go away, but it's not true. Unless you seek help, counseling, and God, it will be very difficult to realize that we can't do this alone and we need help.
