Since launching in 2009, Steve has grown Rebecca Creek into one of the largest craft spirits distilleries in the country—producing award-winning Texas spirits like Rebecca Creek Whiskey and Texas Ranger Whiskey. From the classroom to the craft distillery, it’s inspiring to see Bobcats making bold moves—and giving back to the Texas State community along the way.
