3 weeks postpartum! There’s no right or wrong way to recover after a long 9 months of pregnancy, giving birth and then riding the wild waves that come after (aka hormones). Our bodies are put through so much and we all recover differently. Each experience is yours and the only thing that is important is to do what works for you.
#When I first came home from the hospital I was so swollen from all of the fluids and meds given during labor that I was the same weight as when I left to go to the hospital except no cute bump to show for it lol. Each day I could see the swelling getting worse. My hips and legs took the brunt of it and my skin felt like a rubber chicken 😂.
