➡️ I’m asked all the time how I stay so motivated to work out, and it’s pretty simple. I want to look good and be healthy 🥰
➡️ But, it’s more than that, because you need to find ways that are actually going to get you out of bed early and get you going. I try to find one thing that excites me about every workout. One thing I’m looking forward to, whether it’s meeting a friend or trying something new or filming in a new location.
