In celebration of International Women’s Day and this year’s #GiveToGain theme, Elle@Braze, our women’s employee resource group, hosted a panel discussion on the power of mentorship, sponsorship, and giving back to support women’s growth in their roles and beyond. Hosted in our London office and livestreamed globally, the panel brought together leaders from across our customer community and explored how investing in others doesn’t just help shape individual careers, but strengthens teams, cultures, and organizations as a whole.
