Among Gen Z, 71% of men use AI weekly vs. 59% of women. These are 40-year careers being shaped right now. Every major technology shift follows the same pattern: men adopt faster, the gap compounds, women lose ground they never recover. AI doesn’t have to repeat that cycle.
