If women don’t learn how to use AI, the wage gap won’t shrink. It will widen. I know this because I saw the other side of it. I got laid off. Within three months, I was working for myself. That’s because I learned how to use AI as LEVERAGE. 1️⃣ I used it to sharpen my positioning. 2️⃣ Clarify my offers. 3️⃣ Write faster. 4️⃣ Pitch better. 5️⃣ Build visibility consistently. And that visibility COMPOUNDED and turned into real income. Right now, women are 16% less likely to use AI at work. And the gap (shockingly) is even wider among Gen Z. Meanwhile, being AI fluent is the fast track to your next promotion. The person who knows how to think with it (not compete against it) will move faster.
