This is why women need to embrace AI now more than ever. As I was on a beautiful hike along Lover’s Lane in San Francisco’s Presidio to reconnect with nature and clear my head, I found myself reflecting deeply about women and the future of work. Right now, women earn just $0.82 for every dollar earned by men. With the rapid rise of AI, choosing not to learn and use AI tools will only widen this gap even further. I believe it’s imperative for women to become early adopters and familiarize themselves with the defining technology of our lifetimes.
