My last pole vid before I crushed my fingers… if only I hadn’t had one more attempt! One thing about me is that I will keep going, keep trying to perfect a move or combo until my body gives up or I’m happy with it… Well 5 weeks ago this was to my detriment and if I’d been observant when watching this video I wouldn’t have had that final fateful attempt. If you watch when I pull into an armpit grip and go into a super fast spin… the pole moves slightly on the ceiling. I didn’t really feel it as I was trying to focus on slowing myself down. But it meant that on my final attempt the pole came down when I went into that same spin 🙈 If you’ve seen my previous reels they you will see the aftermath… it’s not pretty and was such a freak injury from the event that occurred. I’m healing well and am hoping to be able to get back to pole from next week 🙏🏻 I need to rebuild my grip strength and confidence but am determined to come back stronger than before. ☺️ #poleflow #polecombo #pole...
