Progress. After a year of living on pizza and beer, after losing my mum and drinking to drunk nightly for five months, I got an opportunity to work on a new tv project requiring me to get my ass in gear. lauraeveliinapa took the first pic last night when a new casting opportunity popped up that also requires a fitter physique. I took the 2nd one 2 months ago right before I started hitting the gym. Never seen my stomach like that before. Went from a 30/31 inch waist to a 37, and back again. 3rd pic taken last week. Not posting this to boast, or to receive praise. I can see the progress and am happy with it and will keep pushing further. But a massive difference can be made with a few lifestyle adjustments in a short space of time. I haven’t made an insane amount of effort. Just adjusted some habits, and trying to stay consistent.
