Offer Accepted - We currently have 2 house searches in the Cotswolds for 2 different clients…and you probably saw me travelling a fair bit there in the past few weeks 😁. I absolutely love that part of the country 🌳💚, but the Cotswolds is a notoriously challenging market (since Covid) with a real lack of stock of properties above the £3m mark, and very high demand for those assets. After an extensive search for on and off-market options (one of the biggest we ran in the past 8 years)…we found “The Gem”; a beautiful 17th century farm house, with which our clients fell in love. After intense negotiations, we finally had an offer accepted last week 🥂✨. Although exciting, a lots of work still need to be done to ensure no issue with that property before we exchange contract, including a complete structural survey.
