Biarritz acquisition completed! 🌊🏄🏼‍♂️ We conducted the viewing of the properties shortlist with our clients back in April. Took a little bit longer than usual to complete as the seller was in a chain, but we got it over the line! Clients bought a beautiful villa in the neighbourhood of Anglet (for those who know), in a prime spot 5 min from the beach. They’re currently living in Singapore with their daughter. The villa will be their holiday place for the coming years before becoming their main home. Mum and daughter were a bit emotional on Friday « Home Sweet Home » 💙.
