Good morning 😊☕️!! Waking up in Villefranche-sur-Mer today where I arrived last night. Beautiful medieval village nested between Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and Nice. We’ve now completed our 4 days of viewings with our clients in Monaco. Out of the 12 apartments shortlisted and visited, my clients fell in love with 3. We put an offer on their first choice yesterday and we’re are negotiating at the moment. As Buying Advisors, our role is to use our market knowledge and expertise to negotiate hard. The seller and their agent want to sell high, we want to buy low. If we don’t reach a price that reflects the true value of the property and satisfies my clients (and the seller obviously), then we move to option 2. Good negotiations take time, patience, experience, a good strategy and in depth knowledge to back up any offers.
