HOT SPOT ~ Looking for a vibrant, authentic, cosmopolitan city in Spain, check Sitges, 35km South of Barcelona. Still under the radar of most, this small town of 30,000 souls has been attracting foreign buyers in the past few years and is now the 4th most expensive municipality in Spain with an average residential price of €3,900 per sqm, behind Barcelona, Madrid and San Sebastian.
One of my friends moved there last year with his family, and like many, they fell in love with the quality of life of this human size sea side town, the Catalan culture (what is not to like), the weather and this, within a stone away from Barcelona where business can be conducted.
Where in Spain would you move or what is your favourite spot there? ☀️
