Where to invest in the UK outside London? Question I am getting asked pretty much every days 😊. 
I probably would have Cambridge at the top of my list. Why? City immensely rich in history, full of charm, with world-class universities and an easy commute from/to London. Its property market delivered 71% capital appreciation since 2010. Prices growth has been mainly driven by investment into the city’s tech scene. Between 2000 and 2017, ONS data shows the city’s science and biotech sector grew from £9.3bn to £24bn, and with it, the city saw an increase in real estate demand with residential prices rising.   Being close to London, the city has also capitalised on the current migration trends, with many moving away from large cities centre, looking for more space and a better life balance. And if countryside is more your thing, then check the villages of Stapleford, Great Shelford and Little Shelford, on the outskirts of Cambridge 🌳. For advices or specific market insights. DM me....
