And the winner is….Monaco, which remains the most expensive property market in the world with an average price per square meter of €47,600, way ahead of number 2 Hong Kong with €40,000 per square meter and New York in 3rd place with €22,000 per square meter.   Latest data from the land registry, shows that despite the situation of last year, residential prices in Monaco have remained relatively stable within the principality with only a 1% drop compared to 2019.
