Raw, Authentic and Beautiful is how I would describe the Côtes-d'Armor in Brittany. Located at the north edges, you will find Tregastel, small village of 2,000 souls fully exposed to the surrounding elements and the Atlantic ocean on its bad days. Imagine Rocky coastlines, cliffs and stunning sandy beaches....with a Celtic vibe 🍀. I was there last time in 2018 with US clients who were looking to buy a Manor in the region. And I completely fell in love with the above front line house!!! 💛 Far away from the modern luxurious villas we usually see with our clients buying in France (it wasn’t the brief for this project), I could instantly see myself living and retiring in this place the moment I stepped in. It is a very irrational feeling when all the dots connect and the energy of a place is just right 😁.
