DISCOVERY ~ Brantôme in France is considered by many as the Venice of Perigord thanks to its picturesque waterside views from the banks of the River Dronne. Nestled there, you will find the most charming of hotels, le Moulin de L'Abbaye. Translating to the Abbey Mill, the hotel is a converted 13th century mill and house which was once home to Pierre de Bourdeille, the Lord of Brantôme. Brantôme village is not only rich in beauty but also history, and the hotel overlooks the Abbey which was founded by Charlemagne.   Today, the hotel offers charming accommodation and exquisite food, with its Michelin star restaurant which is open to the public. I grew up an hour drive from it and last visited a couple of years ago during property viewings in Dordogne with British clients. I love that place!!! Hope you had a nice weekend 🧣❄️ and I wish you a great week ahead.   Get in touch 👉🏼 seb_nicolleau to discover our bespoke property search and acquisition services in France, Monaco, Spain, Po...
