REFLECTION(S) Have you ever looked in the mirror and felt like something was off? Like everything, including yourself, was falling apart? That feeling in your gut—your intuition. That’s exactly how I felt, and it’s why I decided to embrace my real name and share my story through my artistry, so I could share yours. Authentically. When you first walked into the boutique, it wasn’t clear if “IAGU” was me or what my mission was. The confusion I felt inside showed up in my actions, running on autopilot, saying yes when I really wanted to say no, until I finally had to look deep within myself. The creativity and spark were fading. But going through this as both an artist and a business owner taught me so much: to truly listen to what you had to say about the fashion industry and what matters most to you.
