8 hour shift with an #anesthesiologistassistant 😊 When I went to korea, the skin clinic said my pores were so bad but I tried larocheposayusa mela b3 cleanser and it changed my skin so much! Use it with the salicylic acid and vitamin c serum for literal GLASS SKIN. Not sure what the thermal spring mist does but it feels SO REFRESHING! My favorite sunscreen is the mela b3 but I used all of it so I’ve been using the tinted one instead. Not my favorite because the color rubs off on my mask at the hospital. Did an emergency c-section. Baby was having decels so we had to get baby out! She already had a working epidural so I dosed with lidocaine to get a level. After that I did a laparoscopic chole!
