Whenever you’re looking at a job offer, take into consideration what your hours are. Is it only 40hrs/week? Or are you forced to take call/weekends/nights as well?
Your base salaries will increase with years of experience. If you’re looking to put in the hours, working extra shifts on your off days, etc, you can expect to make well over $400k/year.
