We are both healthy and doing well 🥰 The government (FMLA) lets you take 12 weeks off. But depending on where you work, the amount of PAID time off you get varies. Usually it’s 6weeks paid but if you have a bunch saved up then you could get all 12 weeks paid (which is what I did) After not doing anesthesia for an extended period of time, I was pleasantly surprised that it came back to me fairly quickly.
