Anesthesiologist Assistant: 4 EGDs, 1 bronch, 2 ERCPs. Three of the EGDs were sedation cases where I used a combination of fentanyl+propofol. The patient spontaneously breathes with supplemental o2 via nasal cannula. The other cases required general anesthesia with endotracheal tube. The drugs for induction were propofol, fentanyl, rocuronium and lidocaine. I intubated the patient and then managed their anesthesia during the case. At the end, I gave some zofran and reversed with sugammadex before extubating. Ps.
