Self-care isn’t always face masks and relaxing days.
This isn’t my first wellness journey, it’s just a different transition in this journey. I have been working in silence for most of it. But here it is.
Sometimes it looks like discipline.
Taking the supplements that support my body.
Showing up for my workouts even when I’m tired.
Looking at my progress honestly — imperfections and all.
Because the truth is…
growth happens when we stop chasing perfection and start choosing consistency.
Every rep.
Every small improvement.
Every meal that fuels my body.
It all adds up.
So today I showed up for myself.
I moved my body.
I worked through the areas I’m still improving.
And I ended the day with meal prep because tomorrow’s goals start with today’s preparation.
