Closing The Gap /Episode 1/ š¤š¾ I had just a few days to prepare for an interview with @alexiaputellas and I realized it wasnāt really about the questions, it was about how I showed up. I knew I couldnāt look nervous, I had to make her feel comfortable, and I had to carry myself like Iād already been in that room before. So I practiced over and over any chance I got until that version of me felt natural. And when I got there, I had never felt more confident or more like the Jessica in my vision board. In that moment, I took a real step toward the career Iāve always wanted, as someone trusted to have meaningful conversations with the very best.
