The Central Michigan baseball team took home its first series victory against Mid-American Conference opponents on Sunday, defeating the Toledo Rockets 6-5 with a walk-off single delivered by right fielder Harrison Bowman, who was named the MAC Player of the Week. ⁠ ⁠ "It doesn’t happen too much," Bowman said, "so whenever walk-offs happen, it’s a pretty sweet feeling."⁠ ⁠ However, a bench-clearing play in the seventh inning caused three total players to suffer ejection from the game.
