Today our 13 month old daughter did her first two steps on her own. Everytime she’d try and walk towards me and fall, she’d laugh with joy and excitement as she experienced the feeling and risk of falling. She had no expectations of having to “walk”. Just the joy of experiencing the process of trying, learning, and eventually succeeding. The learning for us #entrepreneurs is that the only reason we feel disappointment when we fail is because the result we get is misaligned with our expectations.
